1 General Terms
New pkla (https://newpkla.net) is an internationally licensed online betting platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between new pkla and its users. By accessing the platform, registering, or placing any kind of bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and all other countries where new pkla operates. new pkla reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and any changes will be announced via a notice on the website.

- You must confirm that you are betting in your own name and from your own account.
- New pkla is not available for use from countries where it is prohibited.
- Any misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.
2 Account Registration & Eligibility
To register with new pkla, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Registering with false details may result in your account being cancelled at any time and your deposited funds being forfeited.
- Each individual may only open one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
- You must provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address accurately at the time of registration.
- New pkla reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. A copy of your NID or passport may be required.
- Registration by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. Providing a false age may result in legal action.
- Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited.
Please remember: An OTP will be sent to the mobile number provided during registration. If an incorrect number is entered, registration cannot be completed.
3 Betting Rules
Placing bets on new pkla requires adherence to specific rules. These rules apply equally to all bettors, with no exceptions.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a system error, new pkla reserves the right to void it.
- Live odds may change after a match begins — the odds at the time your bet is placed will apply.
- If an event is abandoned or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- If fraudulent betting, match fixing, or any form of manipulation is proven, the account will be immediately suspended.
- The minimum and maximum stake limits for individual bets are set by new pkla and are subject to change.
- For parlay or multi-match combination bets, all selections must win for the bet to pay out.
New pkla offers betting across a wide range of sports — including cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, badminton, and many more. Each sport may have its own detailed rules, which are listed on the relevant betting page.
4 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
New pkla supports all major mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.
- Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- Minimum deposit: ৳100. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
- Deposits are generally instant. Withdrawals may take 1–24 hours to process.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- In the event of a suspicious transaction, new pkla reserves the right to place the payment on hold pending investigation.
- Payments will not be made to third-party accounts or accounts registered under someone else's name.

Bonus & Promotion Terms
New pkla offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and compliance with those terms is mandatory.
- The welcome bonus is available to new members only, one time per user. Any attempt to claim the bonus through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
- Every bonus comes with a rollover requirement — typically you must wager 10–30x the bonus amount.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement has been met.
- Some bonuses apply only to specific games or categories — read the offer details carefully.
- Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
- New pkla reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
- If bonus abuse is found, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

- Match fixing or betting using insider information.
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
- Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
Regarding account closure: If fraud is proven, deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited. If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, the remaining balance will be returned.
9 Dispute Resolution
For any disputes or complaints, please contact our customer support team first. We aim to resolve all complaints within 48 hours.
- In the event of a dispute, new pkla's system logs will be treated as conclusive evidence.
- In the event of a dispute over bet outcomes, the ruling of the relevant international sports authority is final.
- All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant incident.
